Job summary

You will train associates on proper stocking, pricing and safety practices, ensure compliance with food-handling regulations, and maintain accurate records while supporting store operations and loss prevention objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules and procedures.

• Cash register operations and report generation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring financial integrity through cash accountability and security practices.
• Follow SOPs, employee handbook, and internal communications.
• Maintain proper perishable stock levels using planning tools and guides.
• Train associates on presentation, freshness and pricing standards.
• Train on safe handling of food in compliance with regulations.
• Record inventory levels and adjust perishable markdowns to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure customer needs and requests are addressed promptly.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist in other operational areas as directed.
