Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Claims Analyst for its Arrive Fresh division in Austin, TX. You will own a portfolio of temperature-controlled cargo claims, from initial filing to final resolution, ensuring compliant and timely outcomes.

You will investigate deviations, negotiate settlements, and coordinate salvaging actions when needed. You will work with Carrier Sales, Legal, and Risk teams to address high-risk shipments and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships, leveraging PACA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of cargo claims management experience, especially 3PL/freight brokerage or cargo insurance.
• Knowledge of perishable freight laws: Carmack Amendment, PACA, USDA, FSMA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate temperature-controlled freight claims and apply PACA guidelines.
• Negotiate and settle cargo loss, damage, or shortage claims with shippers, receivers, carriers, and insurers.
• Coordinate salvage, redistribution, or disposal for perishable freight to mitigate losses.
• Validate claim documentation and maintain accurate records in the TMS.
