Arrive Logistics is seeking an analytical Claims Analyst to own a portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims, focusing on perishable and temperature-controlled freight. You will apply PACA, Carmack, USDA, and FSMA knowledge to protect Arrive’s financial position while delivering responsive service to customers and carriers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cargo claims, strong negotiation skills, and experience with freight broker TMS and Google Workspace.

Formación

• 3+ years of cargo claims management experience in 3PL or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of perishable freight laws (PACA, Carmack, FSMA).
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate temperature deviations, delays, and shelf-life issues using PACA/FSMA guidelines.
• Negotiate settlements with shippers, carriers, and insurers within authority.
• Coordinate salvage or disposal to mitigate losses and ensure food-safety compliance.
• Document claims thoroughly and track status in the claims system.
• Escalate high-value or complex cases to Risk Manager with recommended actions.
