Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst for its Arrive Fresh division in the United States. You will own a portfolio of temperature-controlled and perishable cargo claims, protect Arrive’s finances, and serve as a trusted partner to customers and carriers.

You will investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims with shippers, receivers, carriers, and insurers, while coordinating with internal teams to mitigate losses and ensure FSMA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of cargo claims management experience in 3PL/freight brokerage/cargo insurance environments.
• Knowledge of perishable freight laws (Carmack, PACA, FSMA, USDA).
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills with track record of high-value settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Arrive Fresh cargo claims from filing to resolution.
• Investigate and resolve temperature-controlled freight claims, applying PACA guidelines and Carmack Amendment.
