Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and four years related experience, including two years in charge/leadership.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, perioperative practice, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with healthcare coding conventions and patient safety practices.
• Ability to supervise, develop staff, and manage performance.
