Drager Patient Monitoring Sales Executive in the US seeks a seasoned leader to expand hospital-based patient monitoring across high-acuity environments. You will drive long-cycle, capital equipment sales with a focus on IDNs, health systems, and hospitals, through a remote-first, territory-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in capital medical equipment or healthcare sales.
• Track record developing new business and long sales cycles.
• Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, or IDNs.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT, EMR integration, interoperability.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office; Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new patient monitoring sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop territory strategies using market insights.
• Navigate hospital purchasing, capital approvals, and contracts.
• Lead cross-functional teams through evaluations and implementation.
• Align nursing, IT, finance and leadership for deals.
• Drive value-based conversations focusing on outcomes and TCO.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles involving IT reviews and planning.
