Responsibilities

• Coordinate rounds with RNs, OR, staff, and surgeons to ensure planned cases proceed.
• Review OR schedule ahead of time for case needs and training requirements.
• Expedite first-case starts and room turnover to meet efficiency benchmarks.
• Update surgeon preference cards and participate in capital equipment planning.
• Collaborate with SPD, Supply Chain, nursing, and physician offices to meet patient needs.
• Monitor vendors in patient care areas per policies and procedures.
