• Current RN license in WV or eNLC.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with physicians and nursing staff to educate patients and families.
• Identifies opportunities to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinates and oversees education programs to meet national standards of accreditation.
• Prepares and performs annual program review.
• Assists in the revision and review of policies and protocols.
• Assists with marketing and program preparation.
• Conducts daily rounds and/or audits on applicable patient population.
• Supervises and trains staff, providing direction as needed.
