Job summary

University Health is seeking a Corporate Clinical Nurse Consultant in Perioperative Services to lead nursing education, competency development, and leadership coaching across the organization. This role acts as educator, facilitator, consultant and change agent to elevate patient care.

You will develop programs, assess learning needs, lead workshops, and mentor teams while advancing quality improvement and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Master's degree in Nursing, Adult Education, or a relevant specialty.
Active Registered Nurse license (Missouri).
BCLS certification (must be maintained).
5-7 years of clinical experience in an area of specialty.
Strong technical literacy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
Skilled in facilitation and adult education.

Responsibilities
