Job summary

WVU Medicine is seeking an Instructional Site Coordinator to lead the nursing education program at a WVU Medicine Center for Nursing Education facility location. The role oversees academic, clinical, and student support operations, ensuring curriculum delivery and NCLEX readiness while advancing student success, retention, and progression.

Qualifications

MSN and an active RN license are required.
3 years of nursing education teaching experience.
BLS certification from American Heart Association is required.
eNLC-eligible or multi-state license may be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one academic advising and guidance to students.
Monitor academic progress and identify at-risk students.
Develop student success plans and intervention strategies.
Coordinate faculty-led clinical rotations and preceptorships across sites.
Orient and onboard new adjunct faculty members.
Collaborate with faculty to maintain program quality and meet accreditation standards.
Teach students up to 6 credit equivalents per semester across modalities.
Support program operations and participate in accreditation reviews.
