Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start date.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the health care team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement and provide education.
• Implement and coordinate care through delegation and collaboration per plan of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
