Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an Alabama RN license, BLS within 30 days, ALS within 6 months, and a nursing diploma. The role requires detail orientation, steadiness under pressure, and strong communication

Qualifications

• RN license from Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform scrub functions and handle instruments and supplies.
• Circulating duties including monitoring patient condition and coordinating care.
• Communicate updates to the surgical team throughout procedures.
• Assist with hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.
• Prepare operating rooms and equipment prior to procedures.
