Job summary

Cullman Regional is seeking a full-time OR Circulating/Scrub Nurse to monitor patient condition, assist with surgical tasks, and prepare rooms and instruments for procedures. The role requires active nursing licensure in Alabama and basic computer skills.

Eligible candidates typically hold an Associate degree in Nursing, with BSN preferred, and BLS certification. One year of experience is preferred, and the ability to communicate clearly with the surgical team is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama nursing license required.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• BSN degree preferred; not required.
• Basic Life Support (Healthcare Provider) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient condition before, during and after procedures.
• Assist operating physician with surgical tasks and instrument handling.
• Position patients and prepare operating rooms and instruments for use.
• Directly support nursing care and communicate patient status to team.
