Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired; maintain clinical performance competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care in collaboration with patient/family.
• Implement and supervise care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Communicate patient status and care plan to other caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Provide nursing leadership and support to other staff as needed.
