Qualifications

• Current RN license in AZ or compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, and discharge planning needs and coordinates care with the team.
• Provides direct patient care per physician orders and the nursing plan of care.
• Delegates appropriately and supervises the activities of other staff.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises the care plan as needed.
• Documents care in the patient record in a timely, accurate manner.
• Contributes to unit leadership and continuous improvement of nursing quality.
