Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Banner Surgery Center – Union Hills in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on comprehensive nursing care, assessment, planning, and collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.

You will provide direct patient care, discharge planning, and ongoing evaluation of care plans, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and Perianesthesia readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact license).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics ASC.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs and plan care.
• Formulate and revise care plans including discharge planning in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and coordinate direct patient care per physician orders and facility policies.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes clearly and timely in patient records.
• Participate in leadership, mentoring, and education of staff and students.
