Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to perioperative and operating room patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Identify and document patient outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
