Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH seeks a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care in our Ambulatory Infusion Center. The RN is responsible for assessing patients, planning and evaluating care in collaboration with the team and adheres to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

The role involves delegation to LPNs and UAPs, participating in process improvement, and ensuring safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in a high reliability organization. Day shift, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• Current Ohio RN licensure and active status.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health needs across the continuum.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implement care and evaluate patient responses and adjust plans.
