Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for perioperative and operating room care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, coordinating with licensed personnel and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, current Ohio RN license, BLS, and, within five years, a BSN. Day shift in the Infusion Center; adherence to Ohio Nurse Practice Act is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree: Nursing.
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses to care and adjust plans with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: perform other duties as requested; focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
