Job summary

Intermountain Health Park City Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver specialized perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical setting, collaborating with surgeons and the interdisciplinary team to promote safe, efficient procedures.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:50 AM to 5:20 PM, call requirements and rotating holidays, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care and educate patients and families.
• Implement and coordinate care with the team, manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and update care plans as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance in practice.
