The role covers pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-anesthesia recovery phases, using the nursing process and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in Georgia
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS within 30 days of hire; CNOR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-anesthesia recovery phases.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and team members to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain infection prevention, sterile technique, and patient safety standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
