Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois is seeking a Staff RN for the OR, reporting to the OR Charge Nurse and Surgical Services Director. The role delivers direct and indirect patient care across age groups in the peri-operative setting.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of $10,000, days shift, full-time status, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must hold an active RN license and perioperative experience.

Qualificações

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year perioperative experience or on the job training
• CNOR Certification (AORN) preferred
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of direct and indirect patient care in the peri-operative setting through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist, direct OR Technician and other staff.
• Maintain standards of professional nursing and participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and support unit operations.
