Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
• RN with Texas licensure (PSV Compact) and must obtain permanent license within 60 days
• BLS certification (AHA)
• CNOR certification (CCI)

Responsibilities

• Provides coordination and leadership for perioperative workflow and patient outcomes
• Develops relationships with physicians, vendors, and care teams to ensure efficient patient flow
• Instructs and mentors staff; leads education and competency activities
• Acts as a clinical resource and expert consultant for perioperative care
• Participates in performance improvement and cost-management initiatives
