Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / RN for the Operating Room to coordinate perioperative care and manage daily OR workflows, patient flow, and staffing.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures, provide direct nursing care before, during, and after surgery, and support regulatory compliance and quality initiatives in a patient-centered health system.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in perioperative or surgical nursing.
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of OR workflows, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality perioperative care.
• Manage daily OR workflows, patient flow, and staffing.
