Job summary

Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the OR in Phoenix, Arizona. This role provides professional nursing care in an operating room setting, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing orders, and supervising staff as needed. Requires Arizona RN license; ACLS/PALS as applicable by department and within required timeframes.

Qualifications

• Must have Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• ACLS required upon orientation completion or as applicable by department.
• PALS/ENPC or equivalent required within ninety days; NICU experience requirement may apply.
• Wound/Ostomy or Bariatrics training/certification may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Supervise other healthcare staff when in charge of a shift.
• Assess patients’ needs on admission and throughout care, and implement orders accordingly.
