Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN Coordinator for the East Campus Perioperative Services in Casper, WY. The role coordinates day-to-day operations, staffing, and patient flow to keep the perioperative space efficient and safe.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and clinical experience in an acute care setting. Bachelor’s degree and professional certification are preferred. Work schedule is Mon-Thu, 6am–4pm, with potential float to other campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired.
• Leadership experience or potential is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality, risk management, safety and nursing standards on the unit.
• Direct staffing needs and patient-to-staff ratios per shift.
• Facilitate continuity of care and cross-department communication to improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee resource utilization including human, financial, equipment and supplies.
• Participate in evaluation processes and quality improvement activities.
