Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY, seeks an experienced RN for the Operating Room. You will circle and scrub a wide variety of procedures with a tight-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest level of care.

This full-time role features a 36-hour week with three 12-hour night shifts, two weekend shifts, and a 30% weekend differential. The center is Wyoming's largest inpatient facility with 249 beds and Level II trauma coverage.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Document care and communicate patient status to the team.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
