Qualifikationen

• One year OR experience preferred; perioperative exposure varies.

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental needs.
• Plan care and discharge in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and coordinate care per physician orders and policies.
• Evaluate patient progress and update the care plan as needed.
• Document care activities accurately in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in staff education.
• Support quality outcomes and ongoing professional development.
