Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the OR and related perioperative settings. Responsibilities include coordinating with the care team, following policies and standards, and ensuring timely documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, BLS/ACLS, and preferably perioperative experience; PALS may be required for pediatrics.

Qualifications

Current RN license in state of practice.
BLS and ACLS required.
PALS certification within 90 days of start date if assigned ASC services pediatrics.
Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR or related perioperative areas.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning.
Formulate and implement a plan of care including discharge planning with input from patient/family and health team.
Coordinate and supervise nursing activities and ensure care is delivered per physician orders and policies.
Evaluate patient and family response to care; revise plans as needed in collaboration with the health team.
Document assessment, planning, implementation and outcomes clearly in the patient record.
