Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for a full-time position at Gateway Surgery Center in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing or higher required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if pediatrics is assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs (physical, psychological, social, cultural) and plan discharge requirements.
• Formulate a plan of care with patient, family, and health team input.
• Implement the plan of care and coordinate activities of the care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes clearly in patient records.
