Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum six months' recent nursing experience in an acute-care perioperative environment.
• Ability to float to all UCI Health locations as needed.
• Ability to scrub and circulate in most surgical specialties.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver patient care for operative procedures.
• Act as scrub or circulating nurse in various procedures.
• Serve as a Pt. Care Coordinator as requested.
• Float between UCI Health locations as needed.
