Ideal candidate has a BSN, DC-eligible RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in PACU/perioperative nursing, with preferred CPAN/CAPA and leadership experience in a surgical setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in DC or eligibility; BLS and ACLS (AHA); 2+ years in PACU or perioperative nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team across Pre-Op and PACU for safe, efficient patient throughput and outcomes.
• Mentor staff and provide real-time clinical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and anesthesia recovery protocols.
