The role requires an Arizona RN license with BSN preferred, and 2-3 years of clinical leadership experience. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license is required.
• BSN is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2-3 years in a clinical leadership or management role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing and clinical staff and daily patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, staff education, competency, and performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient flow.
• Monitor quality, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
• Support regulatory surveys, policy development, and quality improvement activities.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
