Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking an experienced nurse leader to drive excellence in our Pre-Operative/Recovery Department. You will lead by example, ensuring efficient patient flow and top-tier service throughout perioperative care.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, a Texas RN license, and 5+ years of nursing leadership in Critical Care, Preop/PACU, or OR. You will oversee multiple perioperative services and support as RN Circulator or Scrub Tech as needed.

Qualifications

Must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Knowledge of Joint Commission rules and regulations.
Minimum 5 years nursing experience with management in Critical care, Preop/PACU, or OR.
Oversight of surgery, Anesthesia, Preop/PACU, and Sterile Processing; assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead the Pre-Operative/Recovery Department with a focus on service and efficiency.
Motivate staff and drive process improvements to enhance hospital performance.
Oversee surgical services, anesthesia, Preop/PACU, Pre Admission Testing and Sterile Processing; assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as needed.
