Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, leadership or education; enrolled candidates may be considered
• Active RN license or license compact accepted where applicable
• ANCC specialty certification required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ongoing education, competency and professional development of nursing staff and students.
• Coordinates onboarding curriculum for new nursing department staff.
• Develops and updates education materials using current standards and evidence.
