You will collaborate with the CNO and staff to ensure safe patient care, strategic staffing, budget planning and regulatory compliance, while fostering professional development and innovative best practices in perioperative care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited Nursing School BSN.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field, or ten (10) plus years of exceptional administrative/supervisory experience.
• Doctorate preferred.

• Participates with the CNO in establishing philosophy and goals of the Nursing Department.
• Monitors staffing planning to ensure safe patient care.
• Provides direct supervision of Nursing Directors and Managers.
• Ensures staffing plans and recruitment, hiring & retention practices.
• Provides consultation in clinical expertise and leadership.
