Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing School BSN.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field, or ten (10)+ years of exceptional administrative/supervisory experience.
• Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates with the CNO and other nursing staff in establishing philosophy and goals of the Nursing Department.
• Monitors staffing planning to ensure safe patient care.
• Provides direct supervision of Nursing leadership roles.
• Plans data-driven Performance Improvement activities aligning with organizational goals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Represents ambulatory nursing on committees and provides administrative coverage as needed.
