Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Seven to ten years of progressively responsible nursing leadership experience.
• CNOR preferred; NEA-BC or CNML expected within 2 years of hire.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data‑driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational leadership for Preoperative and Postoperative Care Units across campuses.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and staffing of perioperative teams.
• Drive quality and safety initiatives, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement.
• Advance patient flow, throughput, and patient experience alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Partner with leaders to optimize room turnover, capacity management, and service readiness.
