Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a System Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services to lead perioperative and procedural operations across the network. This role focuses on quality, safety, access, throughput, and financial performance while partnering with hospital and system leaders to standardize practices.

The position requires a masters or a bachelor’s with substantial leadership in perioperative services; 7 years of leadership experience and preferred RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related Allied Health field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related Allied Health field with at least 5 years of leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a masters degree.
• 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience is required.
• 5 years of leadership experience in perioperative services and procedural environments is required.
• Experience in procedural throughput, access management, and surgical services performance improvement is required.
• Experience with procedural services, including cath lab and/or invasive cardiovascular services is preferred.
• Multi-site or system-level leadership experience is preferred.
• Licensed in the state of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.

• Provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for perioperative and procedural services across HSHS.
• Drives quality, safety, access, throughput, and financial performance while collaborating with hospital leaders, physician leadership, and system executives to standardize practices and optimize procedural workflows.
