You will oversee operating rooms, preop/postop care, scheduling, endoscopy, and sterile processing while driving patient safety, throughput, and quality.

The role requires a BSN, 5+ years in healthcare with surgical focus, and 3+ years of surgical leadership, with an RN license and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with a focus on surgical services.
• 3+ years of surgical-services leadership experience.
• Current RN license.
• Knowledge of OR and perioperative clinical standards.
• Strong fiscal-management and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, productivity analysis, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level leadership for perioperative services.
• Direct the overall daily operations of perioperative departments.
• Oversee OR, preoperative and postoperative care, preadmission testing, OR scheduling, endoscopy, and sterile processing.
