Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an Executive Director of Facility Administration to lead perioperative services with strategic and operational excellence across the system. The role drives operational alignment with organizational strategy, OR optimization, and safe, patient-centered surgical care.

The Director will oversee budgets, staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, and interprofessional collaboration with surgeons and leadership to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple service lines or sites.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Client, or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for perioperative service lines across the organization.
• Oversee budget development, staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, and patient safety.
• Lead block schedule design, utilization analysis, and turnover-time reduction.
• Foster interprofessional relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance-improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardized nursing practice and staff development across sites.
