SCA Health is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing care delivery across OR, Preop, and PACU, ensuring alignment with physician directives and facility procedures. You will drive quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and teammate education.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; a bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years Nursing Management in perioperative services experience is required.
• Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of ACLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions and facility policies.
• Demonstrate respect for coworkers and leadership and develop positive working relationships within departments.
• Provide direction to others that is clear, concise and promotes efficiency across clinical areas.
