Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing care delivery across OR, Preop, and PACU in a Florida facility. You will oversee quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and staff education, driving clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• RN licensure is required.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.

• Demonstrate respect and build positive working relationships with staff across departments.
