Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Director of Nursing in the United States to oversee nursing care delivery across the OR, Preop and PACU, ensuring high standards and compliance. You will drive quality improvement, risk management and staff education in a dynamic ambulatory setting.

The role requires an RN with an Associate degree at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and current licensure. BLS/ACLS certifications are required or to be completed within 90 days of employment; leadership experience is

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current RN licensure is required.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience is preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or to be completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions and facility policies.
• Lead the OR, Preop, and PACU nursing operations as department head.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, infection control and teammate education.
