Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing; bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2 years nursing management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions and facility policies.
• Oversee the OR, Preop and PACU departments as the director of nursing.
• Lead the facility's quality improvement, risk management and infection control initiatives.
• Educate teammates and promote a collaborative, compliant clinical environment.
