Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in line with physician instructions and facility policies.
• Foster positive working relationships across departments and with staff.
• Direct and promote efficiency in the clinical areas of the facility.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, infection control and teammate education.
