Responsibilities

• Directs Pre-Op, OR, and PACU staff including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Oversees perioperative care compliance with physician orders, policies, and safety standards.
• Supervises preoperative assessments, patient preparation, and readiness for surgery.
