Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with bachelor's level degree required.
• 3 years OR experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• PACU or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and success of the OR/PACU, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Mentor staff and model professional practice aligned with surgeon expectations and patient safety.
• Hire RNs and manage call and holiday schedules.
• Supervise ~2 direct reports and ~125 indirect reports across multiple specialties.
