You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for surgical patients in a fast-paced ASC setting, ensuring adherence to policies and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice, or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days if ASC pediatrics.
• Core (FT/PT): Minimum one-year licensed RN experience in OR.
• If no OR experience, enrolled in PeriOp101 program with completion within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care per policy and standards.
• Plan and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Discharge planning and patient education.
• Document assessments and interventions in the patient record.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
