Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a dedicated registered nurse for Banner Surgery Center – Chandler, a full-time ASC setting with multiple operating rooms. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in alignment with policy and nursing standards.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing quality improvement while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in state of practice, or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if pediatric ASC services are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care with input from patient, family and health team.
• Implement and coordinate plan of care per physician orders.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plan as needed.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation clearly.
• Provide care based on best evidence and participate in professional development.
• Contribute to quality indicators and participate in team education.

Education
